Analysis of the development status of domestic and foreign flooring materials industry
since the 1980s, with the large-scale entry of international manufacturing enterprises and the development of Chinese technology, the domestic flooring industry has experienced an excellent period of development, and has made considerable progress in both materials and engineering construction technology. However, from the current situation of the industry in recent years, the medium and high-end markets of the flooring industry, especially the high-end market, are still mostly monopolized by foreign brands. Domestic enterprises have made few breakthroughs in this field, and there is a crisis of failure in the medium and even the low-end market. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of domestic flooring materials, this paper "analyzes" this industry
the current situation of industrial flooring materials (resins)
1. Internationally, especially in developed countries with early industrial development, such as the United States, Japan, France, etc., has a history of 60 or 70 years, and the product technology and engineering technology have been quite mature. The types of materials are roughly:
(1) epoxy resin. As the earliest resin materials used in the floor, its technology is the most mature and its proportion is the largest variety. In foreign countries, solvent-free systems are mainly used, a small amount of water-based systems are used, and solvent-based system materials are very few. At present, most material companies have considered comprehensively not to produce solvent based materials in terms of reducing construction and protection costs, improving railway safety and environmental compatibility
(2) polyurethane. The development of polyurethane materials is relatively late than that of epoxy. Therefore, its manufacturing technology and construction technology are relatively difficult to control, but in recent years, because of its superior function, it has been more and more widely used. Polyurethane materials have a wide range of functions, but also can sensitively capture market changes and can be adjusted. There are elastomers and materials similar to epoxy hardness. Its resistance to organic acids and organic solvents is better than epoxy, and it has more flexibility than epoxy. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, food processing and other industries. Foreign polyurethane flooring materials, like epoxy, are mainly solvent-free systems, with a small amount of water-based systems
(3) acrylic acid (crosslinked). It is an unsaturated system polymerized with methacrylic acid monomers. The floor material with cross-linking structure is formed by free radical cross-linking with peroxide cross-linking system. Different from epoxy and polyurethane, this kind of material has excellent weather resistance and can be used in outdoor environment. At the same time, because of the rapid cross-linking reaction, its construction cycle is greatly shortened, and it can also be cured well at subzero temperature, so it can also be used in colder environment
2. The current situation of domestic floor materials (resins) is mainly reflected in the following three aspects
(1) similar to the international floor industry, domestic floor materials are also mainly epoxy materials, but mainly solvent epoxy, accounting for about 70-80% of floor materials; There are relatively few solvent-free systems and fewer aqueous systems
(2) polyurethane materials are basically solvent based systems, generally containing 30 ~ 40% solvent. Polyester and polyether polyurethane are the main products, which are mostly used for thin coated floors. There are almost no solvent-free products and water-based products to expand and strengthen the industry. The above two types of solvent based products account for the vast majority of domestic flooring materials. In the early use of such materials abroad, most of them are used in the concept of cement blocker, regardless of thickness; In the domestic invention, the concept of coating flooring materials, in which some supplementary leveling layers such as quartz sand are added to improve the thickness, but the strength is greatly reduced compared with solvent-free
(3) acrylic (cross-linked) materials are less used in China, except vinyl materials for erosion prevention purposes
